Q: Do I
have to set up an account and do I have to have a PayPal account to
trade with you?
A: No
you do not have to have an account, but you will receive better prices
if you set one up click here for more details.
You can pay with a credit or debit card via PayPal without setting up
an account. you can also pay by cheque, postal order and postage
stamps (for small orders).
Q:
How long will my order take to arrive?
A:
Depending on the shipping service used it is normally next day but it
may take up to 4 working days for your item(s) to arrive.
Q:
What if my item(s) have been lost in transit.
A: We
wait to ensure that the item is not being returned to us because you
were out at the time of delivery, if this is the case we will charge
you again for P&P. If your item is lost we will resend your items free
of charge.
Q:
What do I do if my items appear to be faulty or are damaged in
transit.
A: If
you have any problems with your order please contact us straight away
and we will rectify all problems promptly.

need some advice on the products you have advertised - are datasheets
available?
